I offer a mentoring programme that is designed to enable people and businesses to learn how to do all of the activities that make a successful business online for themselves. It is designed to provide what the client needs rather than being driven by set themes.
Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to grow their business and is becoming increasing popular as its potential is realised. It is a partnership between two people (mentor and mentee) who are working to a common goal. It is always a helpful relationship based upon mutual trust and respect. This is process whereby a transfer of skills and knowledge takes place.
In effect I won’t do it for you, but I will enable you through discussion, explanation, appropriate questioning and encouragement to do everything you want to do yourself. This process involves a lot of time and input on my part which is designed to help your business achieve it’s full potential. Perhaps one of the biggest benefits of mentoring is that it provides an opportunity to see a broader picture than might otherwise have been possible.
Because of the amount of input required of me to work effectively with you, I only have space to work with FOUR people at any one time. Every mentoring contract is for a minimum of six months and includes a two hour monthly meeting and unlimited telephone and email contact and discussion. Each contract begins with an initial session to determine the outcomes that you require from yourself, your business and our work together. It is at this point that goals will be set and methods for measuring progress will be agreed. However, it is important to note that this is a fluid process that can change with time.
The cost of mentoring is £110.00 per month for a minimum of six months. In this time you will see significant improvements in your business as long as the work we do is implemented by you.
